Meetings
Executive meetings are on the second Wednesday of every month and General meetings are held on the fourth Sunday of September, October, November, and January except for December where we hold the Christmas social, in February for provincial assignments and March where no meeting is held. (We are all too burned out to meet!). The Annual General
Meeting (at which election of officers take place) is the last Tuesday of April and PayDay/Awards Night is on the last Saturday in May.
General meetings provide a forum for education, information transfer and for social contact outside of games.
This year general meetings will be held at:
Go Center (Saville Community Sports Center) 11610 – 65 Avenue
Meetings begin promptly at 1 p.m on Sundays. Please try to arrive early!
It is important for members to attend meetings regularly to keep apprised of association
affairs and to stay up to date on educational initiatives.
